    1 LARGE EGG
    4TBSP ITALIAN STYLE BREADCRUMBS
    (3) COD FILETS
    2 TBSP FRESH SHREDDED PARM CHEESE

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. MIX CHEESE AND BREADCRUMBS IN 1 BOWL. DIP FISH IN BEATEN EGG, THEN IN BREADCRUMBS. PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET SPREYED WITH NONSTICK SPRAY. BAKE FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
