Introduction

Ingredients

    Zucchini, 1 medium
    Chicken breast strips, 3 oz., grilled by Kirkland (Costco), 1 serving
    *Bertolli Alfredo Sauce, 0.25 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    PAM
    Frozen Broccoli, 1 cup

Directions

Julienne Zucchini or slice in thin strips. Spray pan with PAM and cook zucchini until it's almost the consistency you like your pasta. Add the tomato and chicken breast strips and cook until warmed. Cook broccoli and add to mixture. Add the alfredo sauce and cook until hot.

Serving Size: makes 1 serving
