Weight Watcher's Taco Soup

Ingredients

    16 oz 96/4 HEB extra lean ground beef
    pinto beans *(1 can) drained
    yellow corn(1 can) drained
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 sm can green chilis
    1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing dry mix
    1 pkg low sodium taco seasoning mix
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    water(2cups) May need to add a little more as it cooks down
    dash cumin powder
    a couple dashes chili powder
    1/2 cup chopped onion sautee with ground meat

Directions

Cook ground meat add onion and all ingredients, cook low-med heat for about an hour, top with ww shredded cheese and corn chips, you'll half to adjust calories, etc for adding cheese, and chips ENJOY! Makes(5 ) heaping cups full
