Introduction

I found this recipe on wbir-10, you can use ground beef with beef broth. This soup is very good, spicy though.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 ground chicken, drain
    1 chopped onion
    2 cups of low sodium chicken broth
    2 cans chunky tomato and green chilies
    1 can black beans, drain and rinsed
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    shredded cheddar cheese
    Kraft Simply Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

Add chopped onion and ground chicken in skillet, cook until there's no pink.
Add other ingredients in a pot on medium high heat, drain ground chicken if needed, then add to other ingredients. simmer for about 15 mintues.
serve with shredded cheddar cheese and a 1 teaspoon fat free sour cream.
