1 Extra Large Egg
1 Salted Duck Egg (preferably raw)
1 Preserved Duck Egg
1 dash Black Pepper
1 tbsp Cilantro
1 tbsp Green Onions

Directions
Peel the salted & preserved eggs and cut it into 16 small pieces. Place them in a ceramic plate. Add an egg and beat it up and mix it well with about 1/2 cup of water. When the water boils in the steamer, just let it steam on high heat for 5 minutes. Then, steam on low heat for another 5 minutes. Add a drop or two of sesame oil, soy sauce, sprinkle pepper on top and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
