Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 cups fish stock
    8 ounes talipia fish
    1 TBL olive oil
    2 TBL sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 large carrots, chopped
    4 lage stalks of celery, chopped
    4 oz shrimp
    4 cups napa cabbage, chopped
    150 grams swiss chard, chopped
    300 grams bok choy, chopped
    50 grams wakame seaweed
    2-3 TBL fish sauce
    2-3 TBL chili paste
    Season to taste, salt, pepper, curry and tumeric

Directions

Cook garlic, leeks and fish in olive oil.

Mix broth and remaining ingredients and cook for 45 minutes.

Makes 8 - 2 full ladle servings.
