Introduction

Easy to make individually-portioned meat muffins, larger than a meatball, and very delicious! Easy to make individually-portioned meat muffins, larger than a meatball, and very delicious!
Number of Servings: 27

Ingredients

    Organic Ground turkey, lean, 2 pounds
    Organic Ground beef, lean, 2 pounds
    Onions, raw, 2 medium, diced fine
    Parsley, 1 cup, chopped fine
    Organic Brown Rice, cooked, 0.5 cup
    GG Bran Crispbread Sprinkles, 0.5 cup
    Organic reduced sodium beef broth, 0.75 cup
    Seasonings, such as Kirkland Organic No Salt Seasoning, Hot Paprika, but no added salt!

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with your hands. Shape into 27 large balls that fit into a regular sized muffin tin. Place in 2 muffin tins (the extra 3 cook in a separate glass dish) and bake for 60 minutes.

1.5 to 2 of these make a nice meal, at about 2.3ounces per meat muffin ball.
