Introduction

Ingredients

    Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes (1 can)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (2 cans)
    Hunt's Tomato sauce *no salt added (2 cans)
    McCormicks Chili Seasoning Original (1 1/2 packets)
    One can of low sodium corn
    2 cans of low sodium kidney beans (I used Bush) drain and rinse
    2 Green Bell peppers chopped
    1 large onion chopped
    1 pound extra lean ground beef

Directions

Brown beef with onions and green peppers. While cooking, combine canned ingredients in crockpot. When beef is done, add to crock pot. Stir. Cook on high 3 hours.

Great with cornbread.

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 servings of about a cup.
