First spray the pot with olive oil pan spray. Fry the ground beef and ground turkey. Layer either the rotel or the diced tomatoes in the bottom of the pot, then add ingredients ijn any order. You may want to add some onions, garlic powder, chili powder and/or cinnamon to taste.
