Introduction

Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 cup flour ( all purpose)
    dash of salt
    1/4 cup of cold water

    2.5 tbs of ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup sugar
    6 tsp. margarine (soft)

Directions

In medium bowl mix together oil, flour, salt and cold water, mix and form into ball.

On lightly floured table or pastry sheet with rolling pin roll out dough til 1/4 inch thick.

Once rolled out, spread margarine all over dough, then top with cinnamon, and sugar, with hand mix and smooth out the two ingredients all over the top of the dough, then begin rolling at edge, after each roll lightly butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and continue rolling, lightly sprinkle water to help stick together between rolls, until end.

Then at one end begin slicing into desired thickness, usually about 1/4 to 1/2 inch.

Place in lightly greased pie tin and bake in 400 degree oven for about 10 to 12 minutes

makes about 20 cinnamon rolls
