Introduction

I serve this with Parsnip, Nut and Cheese Sausages I serve this with Parsnip, Nut and Cheese Sausages
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups Leeks, sliced
    1 tblspn Low Fat Butter Spread
    1/4 cup Water
    1 tsp Low Salt Vegetable Boullion (Stock) Powder

Directions

Melt butter spread and add water and stock powder. Add the leeks and saute' slowly until soft and cooked.

Serving Size: 4 servings of @ 3/4 cup
