    Buckwheat, 1 cup (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    *Egg white, 3 serving (remove)
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and cook at about 350 for about 90 minutes in a loaf pan.
