1 bunch kale chopped
3 c carrots grated
1/2 head red cabbage thinly sliced
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c flax oil
1/4 c soy sauce
5 T balsamic vinegar
1 tsp oregano
In a skillet stir sunflower and pumkin seeds over medium heat. while skillet is hot add a few drops of tamari. Remove and let cool.
In a large bowl combine kale carrots, cabbage and seeds.
In a small bowl whisk together oil, soy sauce, vinegar and oregano. Pour over kale mixture. Toss and chill 2 hours.
