Soft Wheat Sugar Cookies

Introduction

I did not have enough white flour to make sugar cookies so I replaced half of it with some wheat flour I had and it turned out pretty good! I did not have enough white flour to make sugar cookies so I replaced half of it with some wheat flour I had and it turned out pretty good!

Ingredients

    1 Cup Sugar
    1 Cup Softened Unsalted Butter
    1 Egg
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Cups White Flour
    2 Cups Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Cream together butter and sugar. Mix together remaining ingredients. Place nickle size balls (about 1 1/2 to 2 tsp each) on a baking sheet and squish down. Bake at 425 until lightly brown about 8 mins.
