Great recipe. Both of m boys love this one. Very family and busy schedule freindly. I usually substitute 1 lb of chicken thighs for the breasts because the thighs don't dry out as much during the cooking time. Great recipe. Both of m boys love this one. Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
    8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium zucchini, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 jar (26 ounces) pasta sauce
    Hot cooked linguini or spaghetti

Directions

combine all ingredients, except pasta in Crock-Pot slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve over linguini.
