Pecans, .25 cup, chopped
Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 1.25 cup, crushed
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Egg white, 1
Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz
Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup
Maple Syrup, .25 cup
Apple (medium), 2 serving
Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Whip egg white until frothy. Mix in softened cream cheese, sour cream and maple syrup. Spread in cooled crust.
Slice apples and saute with sugar and cinnamon. Let cool and put on top of filled tart.
Serving Size: cut into 10 pieces
