Honey Lemon Marinaded Salmon

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    MARINADE
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp oil
    2 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1.3 pounds thick salmon

Directions

Place in a small bowl, heat ingredients in microwave until butter mostly melted. Stir until butter is completely melted and pour over fish. Marinade overnight.
Broil salmon on high for 4-8 minutes depending on thickness of cut.

Serving Size: 4 5oz portions
