Ingredients

    9 c. chopped cabbage
    4 c. chopped carrots
    1.5 c. chopped leeks
    1.5 c. chopped red pepper
    Dark meat and 'pickings' from cooked 8 lb. capon
    10 c. Broth from simmered capon carcass
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients; cook slowly throughout the day.
