1000 Island Dressing (LittleLeta's lighter Version)

Introduction

A lighter, less sweet version. Add sweetener, sugar and/or use sweet relish if desired but don't forget to reconfigure the nutritional info if you do.

Wonderful with shrimp or langostino salad.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Mayo, Low Fat Olive Oil Version
    1 Tbs Nalley Chunky Dill Relish
    1 Tbs Ketchup
    Splash of Sherry Vinegar
    1/4 cup 2% Milk
    One Hard boiled egg white, chopped
    Cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate and let flavors meld a few hours before serving.

Use milk to thin to desired consistency.

Can use sweet pickle relish and/or use sugar or sweetener but you'll need to tweak the nutritional info.
