I use a 12 muffin tin and allow 2 or 3 per serving.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp
    Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 0.50 tsp
    Quaker Rolled Oats Dry 0.50 cup
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), .25 cup
    Raisins, .25 cup (not packed)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and grease o muffin tins.

Mash banana in a medium bowl. Beat in oil, egg and brown sugar. Mix remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to wet and stir, do not over mix. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and bake approx. 15 minutes.
Makes 12 small muffins.
