Ingredients

    Onions, 1 cup chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves chopped
    Canola Oil, 1.5 Tablespoons
    Kirkland canned chicken breast, 2 cans
    Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic soup, 1 can
    Kirkland Greek Yogurt, .5 cup

Directions

Saute the onions and garlic in canola oil until wilted or slightly browned. Add drained chicken and condensed soup. Add 1-3 tablespoons of water. When stroganoff is warm, add greek yogurt. Serve over noodles, rice or when truly desperate, use as dip for crackers or veggies.
