Ingredients

    1/2 C fatfree buttermilk - skim milk W/lemon
    1/2 C whole grain oat flour
    1 large egge white
    1/2 t Baking soda
    1/4 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t salt

    1/2 C Blueberries

Directions

mix together ingredients, spray skillet with non-fat cooking spray. Cook pancakes and top with blueberries

makes: 2 serving of 4 pancakes
