Ina's Lemon Garlic Parm Broccoli

Introduction

I love Roasted Broccoli so when I came upon this recipe from Ina Garten I had to share! I love Roasted Broccoli so when I came upon this recipe from Ina Garten I had to share!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 heads of Broccoli (4lbs)
    Olive oil (I like to use spray)
    Salt and Pepper
    4 cloves of garlic
    Large lemon
    1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F

Put the broccoli on a cookie sheet. Toss with Sliced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Roast for 20-25 minutes
until “crisp-tender and the tips of some of the florets are browned.”

When done roasting, zest lemon over florets and sprinkle with juice and the shredded Parmesan.
