Ingredients

    I sml cup mixed salad greens
    5 sml roma tomatoes
    2 slices fresh cooked beetroot
    1Tbls fresh bean sprouts
    1sml grated baby carrot
    5 slices of cucumber
    5 pimmiento stuffed green olives
    5 baby button mushrooms
    2 slices turkey breast meat
    1 tbls balsamic vinegar optional .

Directions

Wash all salad ingredients well.
Arrange on platter to your satifaction.
