1 Can Pumpkin Puree 1 3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 1/2 Packets Sweetleaf Brand Stevia 1 Cup Half & Half 6 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites 1/2 Tsp Salt
Mix Stevia, Salt and Pumpkin Pie Spice in a small bowl and set aside. Beat egg whites and Pumpkin Puree together, gradually add Stevia/Spice Mixture. Gradually add Half & Half. Use 1 Cup Glass Custard Cups (Oven Safe) and a 9 x 11 Casserole Dish. Place Custard Cups into Casserole Dish and Fill them evenly with filling. Fill Casserole dish with water till it is about 1/2 inch from the top of Custard cups. bake @ 425 for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.
