Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    4eggs
    2 cup pumpkin
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt
    1.5 cups chia seeds (4 TB chia sead 1.5 cup water)
    Mix all together
    Add
    3 cups flour
    Mix well
    Makes about 36 muffins.

    What is fun to add is on top 1 TB cranberry sauce.
    Other options is adding chocolate chips
    Other options is adding coconut and almond slices.
    Have fun adding what you like.
    Dried Cranberries, Raisins, Dried or fresh blueberries.
    Changing this recipe give you a change . Add 1/2 the flour with wheat.
