2 cans of beef broth (can use reduced sodium if you like)
1/2 LB fresh white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 LB fresh portabella mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup uncooked pearled barley
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
