Vegetarian Yum Veggie Stew

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 Med. Stalks of Celery
    1 Cup Chopped Red Cabbage
    12 Spears Asparagus
    1/4 cup red onion
    1 Small package of baby carrots
    1 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
    1 Can Navy Beans
    Mrs. Dash to taste
    Dill to taste
    Salt and Pepper To Taste
    No-beef broth

Directions

8 cups of water with broth to a boil
add carrots, cook 15 min
add seasonings to taste, add your own, be creative :)
after 15 min, add remainder of indgredients and simmer unil all veggies are soft
eat and enjoy!

Serving Size: 16 1 cup servings or 8 2 cup servings
