Ingredients

    *Beef - Loin, top sirloin, trimmed to 1/8" fat, raw, 450 gram (remove)
    *Kitchen Basics Beef Stock, 4 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 263 grams (remove)
    Celery, raw, 130 grams (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 175 grams (remove)
    *Potato, white, medium, 695 gram(s) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 263 grams (remove)
    Turnips, 550 grams (remove)
    *Mushroom Gravy Mix (Western Family .75oz packet = 4 svgs), 4 serving (remove)
    1 cup frozen peas

Directions

cut beef into bite size pieces (or bigger). brown in a pan. add broth. bring to a boil, and simmer on med-low for one hour. add veggies, prepped and chopped. and return to boil. either keep it on the stove or put into a 400 F oven for about an hour and a half, until meat is tender and veggies are cooked. I prefer the oven method. pieces that poke out of the broth roast, and the broth thickens. add gravy mix (if broth is bland and or too thin). add peas at the end. hLet cool for about 20 minutes, and serve,
