Velveeta Cheese Product, 4.5 oz
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup beer at room temperature
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
Add the cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Whisk in the beer.
Season with tumeric, dijon mustard, salt, and white pepper as needed.
Serving Size: Makes 2 cups / Four 1/2 cup servings.
