HG's Tiramisu Pudding (Hungry Girl recipe)

Introduction

Followed recipe from HungryGirl.com, except used the full pudding cup and added an extra dollop of cool whip on top. Followed recipe from HungryGirl.com, except used the full pudding cup and added an extra dollop of cool whip on top.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup ricotta (fat free or low fat)
    1/2 sugar free Vanilla pudding cup (Used whole in calcs)
    1/4 cup cool whip free
    2 TBSP Splenda granular
    1/4 tsp Vanilla
    1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the cocoa powder until smooth. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on top. Enjoy!

**Note: for nutrition stats I used a full Hunts Vanilla Sugar Free Pudding Cup, not the half indicated in original recipe or in ingredient list (but it IS factored in nutritionals).
