4 Turkey Sausage Breakfast Patties
2 Pears, sliced
4 slices Cheddar Cheese, reduced-fat
To freeze: Wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap, then place all sandwiches in gallon-size freezer bags.
To serve: Remove from plastic wrap, then heat one sandwich in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
