Ingredients

    4 Light English Muffins
    4 Turkey Sausage Breakfast Patties
    2 Pears, sliced
    4 slices Cheddar Cheese, reduced-fat

Directions

Halve and toast the English muffins. Layer one slice of cheese, one sausage patty, and 2-3 pear wedges on the bottom half of each muffin. Replace top halves of muffins.

To freeze: Wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap, then place all sandwiches in gallon-size freezer bags.

To serve: Remove from plastic wrap, then heat one sandwich in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
