Introduction

One of your favorite chinese dishes it is AMAZING One of your favorite chinese dishes it is AMAZING
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 lb cook chicken tenders (cut into 1 inch cubes)
    1 tbs canola oil
    1 tbs minced garlic (or more to taste)
    1 tbs minced ginger (or more)
    2/3 cup vegetable stock
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tbs soy sauce
    1 tbs white vinegar
    Crushed red pepper to taste
    1 tbs cornstarch+2 tbs water (slurry)

Directions

1.Heat canola oil in a saute pan over medium heat
2. saute garlic and ginger (do not let burn)
3. add vegetable stock, sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, crushed red pepper.
4. stir cornstarch and water toghether and add to the pan
5. bring to a boil for 2 minutes
6. add chicken, let heat through.

Add steamed broccoli or onions if you want.

Serving Size: makes about 2 servings (easily doubled)
