    Lean ground beef, 3 oz
    Black beans, 1/4 c
    Tomato, diced, 1/2 c
    Corn, 1/4 c
    Minced onion, 2 T
    Cheese, 1 oz
    Salsa or light dressing, 50 cal.


Top 3 cups of Ramaine lettuce with 3 oz cooked 95% lean ground beef, 1/4 c cooked black beans, 1/2 c diced tomato, 1/4 c corn, 2 T minced onion and 1 0z shredded low fat cheddar cheese. Dress with salsa or 50 calories worth of light dressing.
