    19.2 oz Laura's 4% Exttra Lean Beef
    2 tsp olive oil
    1c Rising Moon Garlic & Chantrelle Mushroom Pasta Sauce
    1c 365 Roasted Vegetable Pasta Sauce
    5 oz VitaSpelt Whole Grain Rotini Pasta (Dry)

    Make sure to serve each serving with:
    1c 365 unsweetened soy milk
    1/5 bag SteamFresh broccoli & cauliflower mix
