Asparagus Corn Salad

Ingredients

    1 Bunch Asparagus
    1/2 Cup Niblet Corn
    1/4 Medium Red Onion Chopped
    1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
    4 Tsp. Sugar
    Chopped Basil
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Blanch asparagus and shock in ice water. Cut into 1-2 inch lengths. Place in bowl. Cook, shock and drain corn. Add to saparagus along with diced red onion. Mix together rice vinegar and sugar. Pour dressing over vegetables and add chopped basil, salt and pepper to taste.
