Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 Granny Smith apple
    1 small celery stalk
    1 chicken breast
    4 tbsp Duke's Mayonnaise
    1/2 packet stevia
    dash salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 1 serving

Chop apple, celery, and chicken. Mix in mayo, salt and pepper.

Serve on lettuce leaf or with some low fat crackers.
