Ingredients

    4 Tortillas, whole-wheat
    6 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese
    2tsp Thyme
    2tsp Basil
    1tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    1 1/3 c. Onion, diced
    4c. Butternut Squash, cubed
    4oz Mozzarella Cheese, Reduced-fat

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. While oven is preheating, steam the onions and squash in a microwave steamer bag until slightly tender. Set aside. Lay tortilla on baking sheet, and spread with Laughing Cow cheese. Sprinkle with herbs and red pepper flakes. Layer on steamed vegetables, followed by mozzarella. Bake in preheated oven 12-15 minutes, or until tortilla starts to get crisp.

To freeze: Cool, then wrap each pizza individually in plastic wrap. Place all pizzas in a gallon-size freezer bag(s); label and freeze.

To serve: Remove from plastic wrap, and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 4 8-in Pizzas
