Ingredients

    2 c flour
    15 oz canned pumpkin
    1 c milk
    1/2 c butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    topping-
    1 c flour
    1/2 c butter
    1 c brown sugar
    1 c oats


Directions

mix all cake ingredients

mix all topping ingredients in separate bowl.

grease pan and put in 1/3 of the topping, then half the cake mix, than 1/3 of the topping and then the last 1/2 of cake mix. layer last third of topping on top of cake and bake. SUPER YUMMY
