Preheat oven to 350. Spray a nonstick, mini muffin pan (40 mini muffins). Beat bananas with a hand mixer until smooth. In another bowl, combine flours, oats, spices, and baking soda. Combine bowls, mix well with hand mixer. Stir in chopped dates. Spoon batter in to mini muffin pans, evenly. Bake 12 minutes.
