Homemade chicken soup w/ brown rice

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Chicken Stock
    McCormick's All Purpose Salt Free Seasoning
    365 Shoyu Soy Sauce
    Fresh shallots, diced
    Freshly dried parsley
    SnS frozen Crinkle cut carrots
    Kraft minute Brown Rice

Directions

Boil chicken bones with McCormick's All Purpose, Salt free seasoning. Cool. Add one tsp 365 shoyu Soy Sauce.
Refrigerate overnight.

Add 2 tbsp diced shallots and 0.5 cup crinkle cut carrots.
Add 2 cups water and boil 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup minute brown rice, boil additional 10 minute.

Serve for warm up cup of soup.

Serving Size: Makes 6 cups soup
