Squash (Acorn) Baked

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 Acorn Squash halves (~5 oz without seeds)
    4 T brown sugar
    2 t cinnamon, ground
    4 t (4 pat) butter

Directions

Place 1 T sugar and 1 pat of butter, and 1/4 t cinnamon in each half.

Cover with foil. Add cup of hot water

Bake 400 for 1 hour in preheated oven. Each half is two servings of veggies. Yummy comfort food!
