Breaded Chicken Cutlets

Number of Servings: 3


    3 boneless chicken breasts sliced in half (1/2" thick)
    1 raw egg
    2 T Lemon juice
    2 T oilive oil


Slice chicken breasts. Using a wisk combine egg and lemon juice. Drench breasts in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook until golden brown on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings (two cutlets per serving)
