Ingredients

    350g Chicken breast
    1 onion
    350g frozen veg
    1 bouillon cube
    salt to taste
    jalapeno peppers
    water
    1.5cup diced potatoes

Directions

wash and dice up chicken, season with salt, bouillon cube and pepper, add potatoes and cook for 15 mins, add veg leave to simmer for 5 mins. Serves 6.
