Apple Crisp Smoothie

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 medium apple
    1/4 cup rolled oats (stop and shop)
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (stop and shop non fat)
    1/2 cup skim milk (over the moon gariliek)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. maple syrup (aunt jemima butter lite)
    3 or 4 ice cubes

Directions

1. Slice apple into small pieces and add to microwave-safe bowl.
2. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and microwave for 90 seconds.
3. Once apples are finished cooking, add them and the remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
