Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup with broth
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
    olive oil, 1 TBS

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add chopped onions and peppers if you have them. When onions are translucent push to the side and add chicken. Cook until chicken is white. Add tomato sauce and beans. Add chili powder and cumin and cook covered for about 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 generous servings
