Ingredients

    *Morning Star Veggie Crumbles
    *barley, quick cooking - 1 cup
    *Italian Blend Frozen Vegetable 10 oz package
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    V8, 64 fl oz

Directions

Combine all the ingredients, season as needed, bring to a boil and then simmer 25-30 minutes or until the barley plumps up.
