Tuscan Chicken

Introduction

A tasty low carb chicken dish. A tasty low carb chicken dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Olive oil 2 tbsp
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp lite salt
    Unbleached White Whole Wheat flour 6 tbsp
    minced garlic 1 tsp
    20 oz chicken breast
    mini pepper
    Diced tomatoes no salt added 1/2 cup
    Holland House white wine 2/3 cup
    Swanson reduced sodium chicken broth
    raw onion sliced 1/2 onion

Directions

Tenderize chicken breast to 1/4 inch. In plastic bag add flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken and shake to coat. Add olive oil to pan and heat on med high. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Add all other ingredients and let simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens a little. Serve over rice or spaghetti.
