Salsa Swiss Steak (Slow Cooker)

This is a slower cooker recipe and it is so very tender and juicy.

Says to serve with cornbread or Mashed potatoes but goes better with noodles.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 pounds boneless beef top round steak
    1 LARGE Green Peppers (bell peppers), seeded and cut into bite size strips
    1 large red bell Peppers, seeded and cut into bite size strips
    1 medium Onions, sliced
    1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup, Healthy Request
    1 cup Salsa,
    2 TABLESPOONS Flour
    1 tsp dry mustard


Directions

Trim fat from steak. Cut steak into 6 serving size pieces.
In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker, place steak, peppers and onion in a medium bowl. Stir together soup, salsa, flour and mustard. Pour over steak and vegetables in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or on high heat for 4 hours. If desired serve with cornbread, mashed potatoes or noodles.

Serving Size: 6 servings USE COMMON SENSE ON SERVING SIZE
