Ingredients

    1 tbsp sour cream
    1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp lime juice
    2 slices of multigrain bread
    2 pieces of Bibb lettuce
    3 medium onion slices
    1/2 sliced Haas Avocado

Directions

Combine sour cream, cilantro and lime juice. Season with pepper and salt if needed.
Spread both sides of toasts with sauce and top with Bibb Lettuce leaves, avocado and onion.
Serve immediately!
